Privacy

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in and send receipts.
• Your practice record: the exams and drills you take, your answers and scores, and question reports you send.
• Oral practice answers you type, and the feedback they receive.
• Payment records: Stripe handles your card. We receive the plan, amount, date and a Stripe customer ID, never your card number.
• Basic logs such as IP address and browser type, kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To run the service, track your progress, grade oral answers, handle payments and support, and improve the questions. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

• Stripe processes payments.
• Our email provider delivers sign-in links and receipts.
• Anthropic processes the text of your oral practice answers to grade them. Your email address is not sent with them.
• Render hosts the service and its database.
• Your training program, if you joined with a group code, can see your email address and practice results.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your account while it's active and for up to two years after your access ends, so your progress is there if you come back. Email garry@ninesforge.com to get a copy of your data or have it deleted; we'll keep only what we must for tax and payment records.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
