Refunds

Passes: if SteamExam isn't right for you, email garry@ninesforge.com within 7 days of buying and we'll refund the full price, as long as you've answered fewer than 50 questions. After that, passes aren't refundable.

Monthly plan: cancel any time from your account page and you won't be charged again. You keep access to the end of the month you paid for. The first month can be refunded under the same 7-day, 50-question rule.

Group codes: unredeemed codes can be refunded within 30 days of the order. Redeemed codes aren't refundable.

If something on our end kept you from using the service, tell us and we'll make it right.
