Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of SteamExam Premium ("the service"), run by Garry Patricio ("we"). By buying a pass, redeeming a group code or using the service, you agree to them.
What you get
A pass gives one person access to the practice exams, study drills, progress tracking and oral practice for the period you bought. Passes do not renew. The monthly plan renews every month until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
One person per account
Accounts are personal. Don't share your sign-in or let others use your access. We may limit or suspend accounts that show signs of sharing, scraping or automated use, including very high daily volumes.
Group codes
A group code gives one student access until the date on the code's order, normally one year from purchase. Codes can be redeemed once. The organization that bought the codes can see each student's practice results.
Content
The questions, explanations and oral items are our original work and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, publish, sell or share them, in whole or in part, or use them to train software.
No guarantee
SteamExam is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any licensing agency or examining board, and its exams are modeled on published content outlines, not on actual exam questions. We work hard to keep the content accurate, but we don't promise it is error-free or current with every rule change, and we don't guarantee that you will pass any exam. Always check the current requirements with your jurisdiction. AI-graded oral practice is feedback for study, not an assessment by an examiner.
Limits
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
